We had such a blast with Maranda Brooks’ drumming movement class (UK Fayette County Cooperative Extension Family & Consumer Sciences) and even caught Bellarmine Physical Therapy jamming along while helping us learn to monitor our heart rates! What an amazing hands-on opportunity to get heart healthy at First Baptist Church Frankfort.
