Yesterday, Engaged Aging Lab members Kennedy Walcott-George and Andrea Hernandez Gonzalez presented a poster for Markey Cancer Research Day! This poster proposes a study to adapt the Harmony dementia care program for a new population of adults with glioblastoma, which would greatly advance non-pharmacological intervention opportunities for this population. Congratulations to them both! We’re so grateful to have them on the team and excited to see where they’ll share their research next.
Last week, our lab member Nancy Wolff presented her work on sensory processing, dementia, and caregivers at UK’s Center for Clinical and Translational Science Annual Conference. Way to go, Nancy!
